Please OH PLEASE can't we have a civil discussion? Huh? Why do people HAVE to make it personal and nasty?

Scientific analysis is very important to back up product claims. Nobody should have to take a manufacturer's claims at face value.

Passion is nice, but drive-by Internet shootings are out of line.

Good and ethical manufacturers manage to promote their own products without trashing the competing ones; the best of them also provide empirical proof of any scientific improvements claimed. Customers and manufacturers who promote their own choices while tearing down ALL OTHERS disgust me.

The person who posted that phase change material was
only used for protection from heat was wrong. They didn't read
far enough on that Delta thermal link. If you go to
www.deltathermal.com/products and scroll down a bit you see that this stuff can keep you as much as 15 degrees CELSIUS
cooler for 1-2 hours. Try to get you facts straight before
you trash somebodys product you haven't even tried.
