I purchased a BM Sports Saddle through Gerri Rini - First Choice Sport Saddle 
and it was the most miserable experience I have ever had buying something.  To 
make a long story short it took Sports Saddle 3 tries to build the saddle I 
ordered.  The first saddle sent to me was not made the way I ordered it and the 
quality of the workmanship was terrible.  The second saddle they sent was again 
wrong at which point I was told by Ms. Rini to deal with SS directly as she 
could do nothing about it.  Once I got a hold of the production manager and 
talked to him directly I finally got the saddle I ordered however the quality 
was still poor compared to other saddles I have ordered from custom saddle 
makers.  I order my saddle the 1st of June and did not have a useable saddle 
until the 22nd of October (2003).  Instead of the 6 to 8 weeks advertised it 
took nearly 5 months to get my BM SS and quite frankly it was NOT worth the 
wait.  My advice to you is to contact whoever the BM SS production manager is 
(when I was dealing with them it as a fellow named Alan) and demand they 
correct your saddle.
