Re: [RC] [RC] Treatment - heidi

Yes, winter coats with unexpected 100-degree heat and high humidity,
many good-sized hills, sections of terrain with NO TRAIL - just ribbons
in a field that got stomped into the ground, and not enough glow
sticks for the night riders, and NOT TO MENTION long stretches of deep
sand and soft pasture dirt for footing.

When I rode the 50 three days later, in the nice cool, breezy weather, I
was marveling at the skill of the riders that DID COMPLETE THE 100 in
the dark in good time and form. That WAS National Championship quality
riding! My helmet is off to them!

Oh, mine, too--absolutely! The riders who completed did an outstanding
job. And kudos to them for doing so!

That does not negate the problems with the system and the ride.

Heidi
