Hi Denise,

The first thing to think about -- if you really don't think it's 

her tack that is pinching or hurting her in any way -- is her feed.

14% protein grain and 12-14% protein alfalfa is a receipe for a 
HOT horse.  It's also asking for the potential of long-term problems.  Do read 
Dr. Sue G's feed info (and don't miss the 
"Beet Pulp Warning" squirrel story <g>).

Is this an Arabian?  Because, in my experience, bucking is simply
not a green Arabian "thing."  But, then, my Arabians tend to be
from a specific genepool and also tend to be bred by me so we're
more-than-bonded by the time I get up on their backs.
