[RC] Mares/females not quitting - rides2farYour post reminds me of most women I know. :) They will go until they drop, Well...today I had a new experience as a teacher. I broke up a fight between two females. I had been told that 2 girls fighting was much worse than 2 males and now I believe it. When I helped break up a fight with two males I pretty much just kept yelling "I'm a teacher" as I grabbed the big guy who could have taken me with one punch and he stopped. However, you are right...females will go until they drop, or until you "take them down" as was the case this time...then they will get back up and go again until you drop them. They experience a psychotic hormone induced rage that the male species knows better than to experience because he had a mother who had hormone induced rages that beat it out of him. Personally, I had never been "in" a fight in my life. I've always thought everyone I ever saw fight looked pretty darned stupid and this fight was no exception. However, finding myself in the middle of this one I had the chance at different points in the altercation to test my strength against both psychotic females and found that a 170 lb psychotic female overcome with rage is easier to subdue than a 5 mo. old foal getting his first halter put on (male or female). So long as I didn't have to work a buckle with one hand I had no trouble getting the better end of the deal, much to the enjoyment of my students who thought I was way out of my weight division. Josie, who had the supreme pleasure of viewing the whole thing said a very large boy who observed the whole thing said, "Dang, yo mama is a HOSS, she been spending too much time ridin them hosses and doin that farm work!" I took one to the jaw but compared to having a horse hit you with his head it was nothing at all. (the girl is expelled for the year under the zero tolerance rule) When the whole thing was over I thought it was pretty funny. What they thought was a huge deal was like an average day of my hobby. >g< I'll still stick with the males.
