Guess I have been out of the loop for a long
time. Here in TX, there is a law that states horse related activities are
inherently dangerous so there is no liability. For instance I sign a form
where I take riding lessons. We sign a form for the shows and endurance
rides. I don't have a stallion any more but did not have any insurance
specifically for stallions or horses of any kind. Guess not all the states
have that law. mas
