Fw: [RC] Riding warm - Dot Wiggins

For cold  rides I use the silk "Wild Rags" the cowboys use.   36 inch silk squares.   Wild colors and patterns.   They will go under the helmet, around your neck, light, soft, and very warm even when wet.      Cost $10.00 and up depending on source.  They MUST be real silk.

until you are ready to mount up and ride.  Don't forget a hat.
You lose a lot of heat from your head.
