A fellow at work lost his mom last year. She lived in a trailer park in
Florida. He's been trying to sell her home. He's been asking $4000- for it
with no takers. Now that two hurricanes have passed by, 50% of the
properties in the neighborhood are trashed. But, her house, you guessed it,
not a scratch on it. He was really hoping for at least the insurance money
as he pays rent to the tune of a couple of hundred dollars a month. I think
for the location.

He says, luckily, it looks like he'll have another chance.
