[RC] I did it. Bought a new saddle. - Jena Williams

Well, I did it. I bought a new saddle. Again. I have been riding Temba for almost 2 years now, and still haven't found a saddle that works for us. But this is the one. Really. It has to be.

I knew I wanted treeless. I gave up on treed and paneled saddles. I ride him in a Bob Marshall trail model right now. I found that the BM's sore him in the loins. I tried Mackinder, that was a beautiful saddle. His funky shaped back/shoulder kept throwing the saddle off kilter when we rode. Torsions, just don't look secure enough for me. We had serious issues we had to work through, so I am kind of still hung up on a saddle that is going to keep me from flying off. Up until now BM and the torsion style are the only 2 really out there. I don't like the way underwood's look, and no english styled ones (Ansur, etc) for security issues.

I found this website during one of my periodical searches for "treeless saddles" or trekking saddles.

I ordered the "Comfort" model. I am so excited and looking forward to this saddle. I love deep looking seat and the flexibility of the design. I can change the pommel, the seat cover, and the panels if I want to really make it our "perfect" saddle.

I will let you all know how it works...
