RE: [RC] Height of Arabians - Charles

Reminds me of a story my father told me about Abraham Lincoln.  Someone
once asked him if his legs were too long.  He answered he thought they were
perfect.  They were long enough to reach the ground.

I think it's the same thing with horses.  So long they are tall enough to
ride, who cares what height they are.

I think that horses are like people they are as big as they want to be.
Depending on their attitudes they are big or little.  I have a Spanish
Mustang and an Arab mare that are the same height and about the same build
but I really look out of porportion on the Arab.  I think she must be finer
boned.  Sue
