oh,  3/4 arab, rushcreek breeding,  at least 16.2?  the only way to tell
is to measure him.  but if he is rushcreek, and 3/4 to boot, then that
tall gene could have come from something else!
     i get a little tickled with some of my diehard quarterhorse friends
who get offended when i refer to their 15.3 and "16" hand
quarterhorses as appendix bred.   call a spade a spade, i say.
research quarterhorse breeding and see what you find out.

You got that right, Ed!  And go look at the cutting horses--those 14-hand
Poco Buenos and Doc Bars and such--with the 6'6" riders whose stirrups
nearly drag the dirt when they belly down to cut!  And they are some of
the most agile, athletic QHs going!
