[RC] waterproofing boots & pants - M. Paul Latiolais

We are having some unusual Summer rain in the Northwest right now, and I have
managed to get myself soaked two days in a row. I used Camp Dry on my boots
and both pair got soaked clean through, socks and all. So clearly Camp Dry does
not waterproof boots effectively.

Any suggestions to EFFECTIVELY waterproof boots?

Also, my riding pants were not waterproofed, so I can't complain about any
products
I did not use, but it did occur to me that I need a good product for
waterproofing
ride pants in our cold wet winters.

Any suggestions to EFFECTIVLEY waterproof riding tights?

Thanks,

-Paul L.

P.S. I did search the achives and did not find anything useful.
