[RC] Can a horse drown in a two feet deep river - Jonni Jewell

Just curious....did this horse have a tie down, martingale, or any other
gear to keep himself from being able to fully lift his head??? Yes, a horse
CAN drown in very shallow water, and most often, it is because they can't
really use their heads and neck to lift themselves up, because of a damn tie
down. Personally....tie downs are for roping horses, barrel horses etc., NOT
for trail horses...
