I have been able to buy the Fort Dodge WNV over the counter at the local
vet hospital here for a couple years now ? My sister who lives about 150
miles
from me (same state but different county ) has to have a vet come out and
give
it to her horses . So maybe you vets on the list can tell us why you can
give
it yourself in some places but not in others ?  Is it up to the Vet whether
they
want to sell it or give it themselves ?
