[RC] Tour de Washoo Reschedule date of August 28 - Ridecamp Guest

Just a reminder that the Tour de Washoo which was originally scheduled for July 
17 but postponed due to the Waterfall Fire in Carson City is going to take 
place on August 28th at the Washoe County State Park.  For further information
