Saw them at the out timer at Forresthill...waiting.  She was manuvering the horse skillfully around and looked
like perfect control.  It was sort of a shock to see the bare head on the horse...but really neat to see how she had trained
the horse...

I was going to mention seeing a horse without a bridle or reins on the Tevis ride.  There was just a loose rope around the neck.  It looked pretty brave to me - but obviously the horse was very well trained.  The horse seemed to be showing itself to the other horses like 'look at me - I don't need a bridle!'   Great training and comraderie to do that type of concentrated distance ride on a no bridle, well behaved horse.

Check out pics numbers 375 and 376 near the end.  That is my friend Traci and her husband.  Notice that Traci's horse is bridleless.
