[RC] GC shoes - larry Miller

Come to the conclusion that it depends on who puts the shoes on for you.  My mare after a season has  NOT had bigger holes in her feet or cracked hooves.  In fact she has done well.  Have a farrier friend who uses these shoes exclusively on his horses that can wear them.  His horses have done quite well and the hoof walls have held up.  Bottom line is this, make sure your horse can wear them, get them on correctly, use the light colored ones so the farrier can see what he/she is doing, if you like them, fine, if you don't, don't use them.  Jeanie
