Only from the water tank if at all.  Once it is through the stomach the
acetic acid (the "chemical" in vinegar) will be absorbed and used just like
the rest of the acids it gets absorbs.  These organic acids are the end
result of fat digestion, and a by product of the fermentation of feed by the
gut bacteria.
