[RC] lower back problems - Double 8 Ranch

I'll join in and say that I have all five discs (L 1-5 and even S1) that are
bulging.
Besides taking lots of anti-inflamatories when I ride (and vioxx on a daily
basis) I have found two really critical elements in making it more
tolerable.

That would be a saddle with a stirrup position that supports you and either
EZ-Ride or Cloud stirrups. Personally, I use the Clouds since they have the
broadest base for your foot and therefore provide more support. You know,
the foot bone is connected to the leg bone and so forth. It really does
make a difference for me.

Just something to consider. (also a horse that doesn't jig/prance around a
lot!). That wreaks havoc on my back.
