==========================================

I read ridecamp archives regularly gleaning information and getting educated on
a variety of topics. I am returning to endurance after a health forced multi
year hiatus. I spent last year very frustrated as the horse I was conditioning
to make my "comeback" on was having lots of loin rubbing and sore back muscles.
I tried half dozen saddles on him that had worked on other horses I had ridden
in the past but they would not work for him. This spring I purchased an
Advantage saddle from Katee Owens (on the vendors list) and an Equipedic pad
and all the rubbing and back issues have been solved. I really recommend
talking to Katee if you are having saddle fit issues...she is knowledgable,
helpful and my new saddle is beautiful. My horse's whole attitude changed from
the minute I put it on him. My riding/conditioning friends all got Equipedic
pads as well and are also thrilled with their performance. No slipping, no
rubbing, and no hot backs (50 miles is the farthest we have tried them).
