Cindy I have a question for you , why if having
such a small pool of volunteers is such a problem for the BH managers than why
do they not stop putting on a quantity of rides and go for quality of rides to
bring in more people ? I mean they put on what 5 or 6 rides a year why
don't they drop the number down and work on quality ? This is a sincere question
, because I do not understand how you can complain about having no help but yet
still put on so many rides . Seems to me it is just wearing the volunteers out .
