I would say at this stage to find some exercises to strengthen that part of
the leg.  A friend and I have been using her Boflex and in just 2 weeks time
I can tell a difference in my riding.  Of course I know that not every one
has a bowflex but I think there are exercises that can help.  Sue

Interesting , took my daughter to the Dr. last year as she was complaining
about her knee hurting(the hunter /trainer/instructor) and basically he
told
her the same thing, "Poor Conformation" and to do leg lifts  and another
exercise to strenghten them.  Laurie
