[RC] seat pads - Susan Butler & Danny Dishon

one humble opinion to:

+Does anyone have experience with any of the synthetic saddle seat pads like
the gels, open-cell pads, or supracor saddle pads? My budget is not
unlimited
to keep buying until I get it right and some of those options are very
pricey. +

My experience with supracor is that it is very bouncy... I love the idea of
it...but the feel is BOING-boing- boing.

gels are hot. wool is not.... if it is raining, or likely to rain, carry a
poncho or something rainproof.

I think wool is great. it is cool in the heat because it absorbs
moisture/sweat--- where you dont want moisture accumulating~~!!!!. ---the
only problem I have had with wool saddle pads, is when they put the seam
down the center line... where the tender parts are... most do.
