I've been using the Hi-Ties and really like them.  They are easy to set up 
and make a minimal impact on the side of the trailer as far as installation 
goes.  I would have had some difficulty installing the one linked 
above.  I've got three of them on my trailer, and what is nice about the 
Hi-Ties is that they can be mounted vertically or horizontally.  I have two 
one way and one another way.  What I really like about them is that they 
are quiet.
