There was an article in the newspaper last year about
the San Jose Police Department horses and their trainer. There were a
whole bunch of things about how careful you had to be training a new
police horse, etc.....and a whole bunch if pictures with not one single
person wearing a helmet. They don't wear helmets when they are on duty
either.....The bicycle cops do though................mb
