Re: [RC] [RC] spooking and spinning - Kristen A Fisher

I have also noticed that when I lose focus on the horse/ride/trail, it
happens....

"Gee, she sure is turning into a nice little HEY what am I doing on the
ground???...."

So when I catch my mind wandering, I re-focus to keep her focused.

Kristen

was happy to see me! Anyway, so much for the power of suggestion, I will
be
more careful about what I read in the future before riding again..lol.
Seriously though, I think balance is the issue here and I need more work
on
that...as well as the subtle signs that a spook is near!
