[RC] West Nile reaches the West - Kristi Schaaf

A friend just called and said that 9 horses just died
in San Bernardino County from West Nile. Anyone know
the facts? Lif Strand      


Oh oh - hold on tight, those of you out west. After
experiencing 1,500+ cases here in Iowa in 2002
(including one of my horses - he survived - and many
friends' horses who didn't), I wouldn't wish dealing
with WNV on my worst enemy. I'm not big on vaccines in
general, but I diligently give WNV every year.
