[RC] easy boots? - Ridecamp Guest

Please Reply to: Trish Nelson fourxblessed@xxxxxxxx or ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
==========================================

My friend and I ride barefoot. Just did my first endurance ride at Old
Dominion. I had metal shoes put on. Hate everything about them (nail holes,
length of time on, etc) I have read so much about easy boots coming off, Boa
boots not for distance, etc. My friend tried Old Mac's, they seemed to slip
slightly. Her horse popped a splint. Does anyone have any advise? I need shoes
for AERC rides and an occacional ride around home that involves ashpalt. Other
than that, we stick to state parks and dirt trails. Thanks, Trish
