I bought one in an act of desperation, at the last minute act.
The pad did what it says, plus the problem has continued to
heal. The inserts take less then a minute to take out and put
in, as long as you fold them length ways. It does not dry
quickly, so you need to take extra steps to air it well. Found
mine still wet several days after it's first endurance ride. You
do get a short trial period, so it would be well worth a try.

I tried it with my 24 year old horse, who is rather swaybacked
now, and it make a huge improvement. First decent sweat pattern
in years, and no soreness.  :o)
