[RC] Sugar in electrolytes - Mike Maul

In response to:"Please note that enduramax does contain sugar and has for a couple of years now. Peak Performance is the only one with no sugar as far as I know. Not that sugar is bad it does speed the uptake."

Because I give my electrolytes with applesauce anyway - isn't the issue of sugar in the electrolytes not a critical point -other than getting less real electrolytes per pound in the original formulation?
