[RC] horse lameness/ultrasound findings help! - Ridecamp Guest

==========================================

I finally got our ultrasound results on our horse. The horse has never been
lame, had a "windpuff" last year.

1.)The right hind digital sheath has stage III synovitis-shronic,proliferative
with adhesions.
2.) The right hind superficial digital flexor tendon has tendonitis with a 17mm
Type II core lesion and multiple peripheral tears.
3.) The right hind plantar annular ligament has severe desmitis.
The horse was loaned out, shoer changed his way of going drastically before a
race. Was the shoeing the culprit? Is this slow degenerative stuff? Please
help!
