[RC] Vit C - think I answered my own question - Kristi Schaaf

I did some 'research', and found a common thread in
books/online that Ester-C is more bioavailable than
absorbic acid...a blip I found says this: "ESTER-C ®*
is a patented Vitamin C product, also known as Calcium
Polyascorbate. A unique natural process neutralizes
the ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) for optimum
digestibility. Research has shown that ESTER-C ®* is
absorbed into the cells up to four times more
efficiently than ascorbic acid." So there ya go...
