And if I might add, the crucial step-- put Baby Face or some other 
sunblock on it and let the air get at it. After I stopped bandaging it, 
as the vet had recommended to keep the sun off of it) and started 
putting sunblock on it, it cleared up VERY quickly--- I attribute that 
to no more moisture and sun. Did the trick for me--- good luck!
