Re: [RC] Night Ride in South Carolina - Maggie Mieske

The midwest has Oak Leaf Run in Allegan, MI in July. It's a night ride.

Awhile back someone posted about a Night Ride held in South Carolina. Can
anyone give me more information about this ride?

I'm looking for a 50 mile night ride to do in my Tevis Prep. work. So all
leads will be appreciated!

I also think there may be a night ride in the Midwest Region. Anyone know
about this one?

If you want to email me directly, I'm Appalucie at aol dot com

Riding alone is when you teach a horse all the "tools" and "cues" he needs
to handle the trail, to hold a speed, deal with hills, etc. It's also where
you develop the "bond" that causes him to "defer" to you before losing his
cool.
