Good God Allmighty!

Old Timers "detest" us Limited Distance Riders? Glad you told
me.........I
wouldn't have known that unless you told me.

Don't you think "detest" is a pretty strong word? Get a grip!

If you had actually read exactly what I wrote rather than reacting
emotionally, you would have read nothing of the kind. I never said I
hated current LD riders. I was talking about the beginnings of the sport
and why many of us "old timers" detested 25 milers when they started.
Heck, 50 milers were hated, too, as they were a new thing. One day 100s
were the norm. So, please do not look for an insult when there is not
one. Cindy

We are talking about all the tools we can use to keep our horses safe and
alive at the rides. Training/conditioning is one of the best tools
available. It makes us better horseman and women, it benefits our horses
and could quite possibly be the key to preventing most crashes.
