The sad part about it is that I JUST got a saddle for Christmas that fit Majik. Ugh! We all know how hard it is to find saddles to fit our round little princesses! Any information in finding this Grinch and his ill-gotten saddles would be greatly appreciated. The details of the theft are as follows: Sometime between 8:00PM Saturday (01/03/04) and 9:00AM Sunday (01/04/04)several saddles were stolen from Spring Branch Stables in Houston, Texas. Included were several western and English saddles. A partial list of stolen saddles: ***R&R #800 Endurance Saddle-handmade by W. McGulley-western style with no horn, 16" seat, well used-brown, missing left leather concho and latigo at the front of the cantle. ***Falcon Adler AP English saddle-Black, 18" seat, very well cared for-has "FLAIR" flocking system which means it has air in the panels. ***Australian Saddle Co. AP English saddle-Black, 17"- almost new. More saddles will be added later. If you have any information about these saddles, please call. If you hear of anyone who has several western and English saddled for sale, please contact me. It is doubtful that these saddles will end up outside of the Harris county and surrounding areas, but they may try to sell online. There is a reward offered for the return of many of the saddles. The one thing that I am eternally greatful for is that although the person(s) had to be in the stalls with the horses to have access to the tack, they did not harm or take the horses.
