My four horses are on dry lot,fed twice a day w/ free choice salt and
water.started turning them out on pasture for approx. an hour a day to get them
ready for summer pasture.on saturday morning found my four yr.old in shock and
colicing.after hours of walking, oil and accupressure,he finally pooped and
started to want to eat and drink again.any idea,s as to why this horse would
colic? always been regularly dewormed, dosen't get any grain or treats.we have
been riding three times a week, about ten miles at a time for the last few
months.
