Re: [RC] Newbie - WRSINOSKY - Lisa M Pardus

Welcome! Some links I ALWAYS send to newbies I see on the list are:
Susan Garlinghouse's: http://www.shady-acres.com/susan/index.shtml
and http://www.endurance.net/Stories/ShowStory.asp?Counter=243
The first is GREAT for tips on nutrition and getting your horse through
the ride in good metabolic shape! The second was the one that helped me
get started and is keeping me going till I can get to riding again! Hope
you enjoy them as much as I have! Good luck and keep us updated on your
progress!

In His Hands,
Lisa P.

You don't have to be a 100-mile rider or a multi-day rider to be an
endurance rider, but if you want to experience the finest challenges our
sport has to offer, you need to do both of those.
