[RC] Hold Times - AprJhn

During the recent discussion on preventing treatments at rides, several people
have expressed the wish for longer hold times at certain points.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but a horse and rider team does not have to leave the
hold area right at the end of their hold. So if I want a 45 minute rest or
hold, I can take that time.

If I think my horse would benefit from an extra 15 minutes, I should take the
extra 15 minutes. If I don't (when I think I should), I am putting ride time or
placement ahead of the welfare of my horse.
