Hey, just a quick note to remind those who faxed in their entries that 
payment is required within one week, or you give up your place.

A positive development is that we'll be able to let more people enter 
than just the 60 in each distance previously announced, due to an offer 
of overflow parking by the nursery, who just graded 20 flat acres a 
long block from ridecamp.

As of now we have received 90 entries on the LD , and 88 50s.  Please 
check http://www.lynnesite.com/bhb.html in a few days for updates on 
the amount/identity of confirmed entries and waiting list.

In the continuing evolution of this first year ride, we've had to 
include some trail on the 50 that has rocks--perhaps not suitable for a 
barefoot horse, but pads aren't necessary for shod horses.  Anyone 
interested in pre-riding should contact Chris Haack at 
ernesto.haack@xxxxxxxxxxx, since she probably reads her e-mail more 
than Chris Herron.

I'd like to hire another vet which will affect the number of entries 
permitted, if anyone has a lead, please holler.
