Friend of mine has a husband who is a professional truck driver and does all
his car maintenence and repair.
He liked everything about the Ford, except for the diesel engine, one
complaint was there was absolutely no room to work under the hood.  They
just bought the Dodge crew cab, 6 speed high output (had to go out of state
(CA) to get it
