RE: [RC] exercise for my endurance - Angie Orr

Oh my 90 minutes on that thing??? I might kill myself its so boring...guess I could put in Man from Snowy River :) How many times a wk would I need to do it for that long do you think? Would 3 times a wk at 30 mins then one long 60-90 min work? or do you think I would need to do 60-90 min. more often?

Hi, Angie.  I'm sure you'll be fine.  Sadly nothing quite exercises the
exact same muscles as actually riding.  That said, I would not go faster
on your eliptical, I'd go much longer!  If you can work up to 60 or even
90 mins. that would help you sustain that LSD your muscles will need on a
