[RC] [RC] [Guest] starting in endurance riding - Maureen A. Fager

Hi Jeaanie,
If your college offers any kind of an equine program, it would be great if you could take advantage of that. Since you said you had limited horse experience, if your college offers a riding class or a horse management class, both would be excellent classes to get you some experience and upgrade your skills. Might meet some distance riders this way too! Also, does your college have any horse related clubs? How about a local handicapped rider program you could volunteer at--another great place to network and learn horse handling skills.
Best of luck,
Maureen
Reno, NV
