Contact Sharon and Larry Fox sharon@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx They own a KOA Kampground in Williams, just five miles or so west of Flagstaff right on the I-40. They put us up a few weeks ago when we were trailering our horses out to California, and they couldn't have been more accomodating---they even moved two corrals for us without our asking so they'd be right next to the RV and out of the mud (it had rained buckets). They have everything from primitive sites to full hookups and there's even a nice riding trail right next to camp. Their corrals are very sturdy and there's an arena for the summer-season rent string (not there during the winter) where you could probably lunge or turn out the horses if you asked nicely. Flagstaff appears to be approx. the half way point for us, and we would like to know if anyone knows of a place in the Flagstaff area that we could stay overnight with our horses. We are self contained, all we need is a corral so the horses can move around and get some exercise during the night. Would appreciate any help we can get!
