USA Equestrian And United States Equestrian Team


            Gladstone, New Jersey and Lexington, Kentucky January 29,
2003 Leaders of USA Equestrian and the USET met yesterday to discuss the
future governance of equestrian sport. They have agreed to prepare a
joint proposal for the USOC to review.
            The proposal will be made public after the USOC Membership
and Credentials Committee scheduled to take place on Saturday, February
1, 2003.
