In riding boots I get a boys 5 or 6 depending on the toe shape. Maybe try that??? Or sometime they are called youth sizes. For some reason they think boys and youths have wider feet than women. Forget womens...........I have to get them at least two sizes bigger to fit the width. Even boys work boots at Walmart are a better fit than most womens riding boots.
