Re: [RC] [Guest] Orthoflex Saddles - Ridecamp Moderator"patty bass" <p_bass@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> sheila, i have an endurance cutback saddle. i recently sent it to have the newest panels put oon . these panels are very short so thee is no chance of rubbing withers or croup of the shortbacked breeds. the panels flex very well with the horse as it moves. unfortunately for me the new panels have changed the twist of the saddle and it puts my llegs back so faar that i am totally having to learn to ride it again. on a positiive note the back of my mare has been rock solid on the 3 rides i did after geting it fixed. nothing different except the panels. BE SURE TO GET THE SEAT SIZE THAT IS CORRECT FOR YOU. that is amajor consideration with this brand saddle. people are of two sides that i have talkded to. one they love orthoflex and have several of th em or they absolutely despise them and have nothing good to say. personally i think they aare a bit overriced right now but i have had mine more than 10 years and there have been trouble but NEVER pinch or sores that leave marks that one heaars about from some saddles. thy seem to keep their value. i never see a cheap one advertised.
