Re: [RC] [RC] [Guest] Saddle Pad - Ridecamp Moderator

"terry banister" <terrybanister@xxxxxxxxxxx>
I have one - the endurance model, dark green full-seude top ($239) in great condition for sale. It worked fine, but I purchased an American-Flex panel saddle that comes with its own pad, so I do not need it anymore. Would sell it for $150.

It was developed by a chiropractor, and I notice that he puts the same caution on it that my AF panel-saddle distributor passed on to me from the saddle's manufacturer in Germany: (Tenderness on the back/loins) "I have found this when a horse is in condition, and a rider switches to a panel saddle, the horse has more movement and overworks the muscles, thus becoming sore."

They both (SaddleRite and American-Flex) seem to suggest a cautious transition period to allow the horse to build up to using some new muscle groups, even though the horse is already in fit condition.
