We (AERC) allows them to showcase their cause and a place to adopt some mustangs...we in turn, get their land issue support. I doubt it. The mustang issue and the land use issues are handled by different departments, and are pretty much unrelated within the BLM. I think the connection is being danced about by Randy here, where I doubt any connection exists. Randy has yet to establish where the two are actually linked in any way.
