[RC] [Guest] Treed vs. Treeless - Ridecamp Moderator

W. Harris wendyh@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I'm considering purchasing a treeless saddle hoping that this will end my nightmare of having a saddle that properly fits. Current saddle I ride in has a tree and was customized and I continue to have dry spots with it.
I've had numerous individuals tell me that treeless is the way to go?While it does make sense from a fitting point I'm still a little skeptical about to much weight being placed on his spine. He's an extremely large 16' 2" Quarter Horse with high withers and broad back that has a slope from withers to croup.
Comments and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
